mindflex for couples - a bespoke 4 session program designed specifically with couples in mind. This program is conducted in person and consists of four 90 minute coaching sessions over 6 weeks.

Session 2 - discover your relationship values and create shared meaning and purpose for life long connection.
Session 3 - accept that differences and conflict are inevitable. Learn evidenced based techniques for managing though conflict, how and when to communication with each other, and proven techniques to repair and reconnect.
Session 4 - bringing it all together, agree on your relationship 'vision and commitment' statement for your life long journey.
